the stay was absolutely good. the family room i was given was complete with comfy chairs, tv plus bidet. in general the service was excellent. the pool on the premises was clean.

Property was luxury, with attentive staff and marvellous location smack in the middle of downtown. The whole room was well-appointed with a large bathroom, a balcony. The ambiance was contemporary and I liked every second of the very comfortable time here...

There where well-appointed, brand-new rooms with a large bathroom. I had a safe box, TV set and a mini fridge bar. Location: the hotel was near to the Buquebus port in Puerto Madero and many shops, shopping mall and restaurants. The service was all in all exceptional. All the stuff was courteous and very good, tackled my issues.

Stayed during xmas and was pleasantly surprised with two complementary drinks and a Christmas treat in the room. The hotel’s location was great, with many attractions within walking distance. The indoor pool and spa were also enjoyable.

The overall condition of the room was below average, with worn carpets and dated furniture. The bathroom had some maintenance issues and was not adequately cleaned.

We stayed in a hotel located in the heart of the city, with plenty of great restaurants in the surrounding areas. The location was safe and convenient to many tourist attractions. The room was spacious with ample natural light and a comfortable bed; it even had a large bathroom with good water pressure. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel charged an extra fee for internet access, which was unexpected.

very good location, walking distance to good shopping and good restaurants, good facilities & services, excellent staff friendly & helpfull. If we visit Buenos Aires again we will stay there and will recommend it to our friends

staff is very poor, can't find their smile on all of their face. Have Wifi but can't used it. Breakfast is good but staff have only 2 to serve 30 tables can you imagine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great central location with easy access to shops and restaurants. Large and clean rooms with comfortable beds and fast Wi-Fi. The hotel amenities including the indoor pool and the great restaurant were just awesome.

Horrible experience during Christmas holidays. The hotel was overbooked and we were given a room that was not clean.

At 01:00 the air condition started liking. The hotel asked us to move to another room. It was very very unconfertiable to repack and move to another room in the middle of the night after a long trip. This is not something you would expect when you stay in 5 stars hotel. The minimum I expected was fruit basket or a wine as an apology.

I loved the location of the hotel, which was close to great restaurants and Pacifico's mall. It was also in the center of this city, making it easy to access the main tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly and provided helpful suggestions. Moreover, the room was always clean and the hotel facilities were well-maintained.

It was all superb.

Have stayed in loads of hotels but this one was definitely one of my favourites.Just what I needed after 2 weeks on the road. Great breakfast, lovely staff & perfect location.

The rooms were nicely decorated and large. My colleague received an upgrade upon check-in - which was great! Her room was beautiful, located in the newer section of the hotel. The business centre was well appointed.

Soundproofing could have been better.
